★ The Boho Lux Townie is a spacious 3BR/3.5BA sanctuary that comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it an excellent choice for groups, families, or those seeking mid-term to long-term housing solutions. Each bedroom features an ensuite bath, a highly sought-after convenience for comfortable living.

Guest access

Keyless Entry, parking is permitted only in designated or clearly labeled parking spaces. Guests must ensure their vehicles are parked in these specified areas to avoid any inconvenience.

Other things to note

✔ Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the townhome. If guests are caught smoking or vaping inside, they will be fined a minimum of $250 or the actual cost of smoke remediation, whichever is higher. Guests are allowed to smoke in the patio provided the doors are fully closed to prevent the smoke from going inside. Also, please avoid dumping tobacco inside any of the indoor trash cans as it can leave an odor there.

✔ An additional fee of $25 per guest per night will be charged for each guest after the third. Guests who were not previously disclosed and stay overnight will be subject to a $50 per person per night fee.

✔ The townhome can only accommodate a maximum of 9 individuals. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the premises unless prior consent is obtained. Any visitors who are granted permission must leave the property by 10pm every day.

✔ For early check-ins or late check-outs, there will be a $30/hour charge before 4pm (check-in) or after 10am (check-out).

✔ Quiet hours are strictly implemented in the neighborhood from 10pm to 8am. It is important to refrain from playing loud music, talking loudly, or creating any disruptive noises during this period.

✔ Mail or courier services are not available at this place. We recommend guests to arrange for a temporary mailbox at a UPS Store or opt for delivery directly to the local USPS office or FedEx. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any missing mail or packages.

✔ The security doorbell cameras are positioned outside the main door, accompanied by interior panels. These devices are not intended for guests’ use and we strongly advise against interacting with them. Any attempt to touch or tamper with the security system, including the cameras and panels, will activate a building-wide alarm. Such actions will lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without any possibility of a refund.
